1. All Sales Final
All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for any items.
2. 20% Restocking Fee
In the rare event that a return is approved by our management team, a 20% restocking fee will apply. This fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
3. Delivery Acknowledgment
Upon delivery, you will be required to sign a delivery acknowledgment form. By signing this form, you confirm that the item(s) have been received in good condition. Once the form is signed, Coco Furniture & Decor is no longer responsible for any damage or defects discovered afterward.
4. Refund Evaluation
Refunds are not guaranteed and will be evaluated by our management team on a case-by-case basis. Factors such as the condition of the item and the reason for the return will be considered. The final decision on refunds lies solely with Coco Furniture & Decor.
5. Non-Refundable Items
Custom-made items, clearance items, and special orders are not eligible for refunds under any circumstances.
6. Damaged or Defective Items
If an item is received damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will work with you to resolve the issue, which may include a repair or replacement at our discretion.
