1. All Sales Final
• All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for any items.
2. 20% Restocking Fee
• In the rare event that a return is approved by our management team, a 20% restocking fee will apply. This fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
3. Delivery Acknowledgment
• Upon delivery, you will be required to sign a delivery acknowledgment form. By signing this form, you confirm that the item(s) have been received in good condition. Once the form is signed, Coco Furniture & Decor is no longer responsible for any damage or defects discovered afterward.
4. Refund Evaluation
• Refunds are not guaranteed and will be evaluated by our management team on a case-by-case basis. Factors such as the condition of the item and the reason for the return will be considered. The final decision on refunds lies solely with Coco Furniture & Decor.
5. Non-Refundable Items
• Custom-made items, clearance items, and special orders are not eligible for refunds under any circumstances.
6. Damaged or Defective Items
• If an item is received damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will work with you to resolve the issue, which may include a repair or replacement at our discretion.
